Commission Types

Each commission type includes the full character concept art process. At the end, you will receive all relevant design and final reference/turnaround sheets.

  • Busts

    £10 + £5 per additional character

The Process

Here, I’ll break down each step of my commission process. During the entire process, I will send you work-in-progress updates to let you know which stage I am at so we can discuss which designs you would like to take into the next stage and if you want any adjustments. Please don’t hesitate to let me know what you do or do not like!

  • Step 1: Request Form

    You send me your commission request using the commission form!

  • Step 2: Commission Approved

    Once I get your request, I will email you within 3 business days to confirm that it has been approved. I will also let you know what the final cost is in this email.

  • Step 3: First Pass

    An initial draft will be emailed to you with all the relevant (watermarked) files within 7 - 10 business days.

  • Step 4: Initial Payment

    Before I start the seconds pass for your character(s), I will send you an invoice for 50% of the cost.

  • Step 5: Second Pass

    After choosing the designs you like best from the first pass, I will do a second pass of designs.

    This will take a further 7 - 10 business days. This is also where all of your adjustments will be made and requested. (Depending on how our discussions go, we may go through several back-and-forths to make sure that we get the design right.)

  • Step 6: Colour Pass (Optional)

    If you have requested a colour commission, I will create a colour pass for our final design where you can choose which colour configuration you want to take into the final character sheet.

    This will take an additional 2 - 3 business days.

  • Step 7: Final Deliverables

    Once I have received your initial payment, I will begin the final design sheets, which will take 7 - 10 business days.

  • Step 8: Final Payment

    After sending me the remaining 50% of the cost, I will send you all of the unwatermarked and high-res files.
